Oat Bran Pizza Crust

Okay so I am trying to feed my family more healthy food. I got a cookbook a few years ago and it has an oat bran pizza crust recipe in it. My family loves it. Four of us downed a rectangular Pampered Chef pan sized pizza in one sitting. Bummer for the two kids who weren't home for dinner. As a result, I thought I would share this recipe with all of you. Here goes:

1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup oat bran
3 tablespoons buttermilk or non fat dry milk powder
1 1/2 teaspoons rapid rising yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water

Put all ingredients in bread machine and set to dough. When dough is done, place it on a lightly floured surface. Roll the crust out and set it aside for 10 minutes. Top with your favorite pizza sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does :)

Dang...that sounds so good. What do you use for sauce? I have never made a pizza at home. Now I totally want to!

I use tomato paste mixed with italian seasoning and garlic. Then I top it with mozzarella and for toppings I add ground beef (cooked) with onions, green peppers and mushrooms.
